BWM/TE-30 High-Power Street Light Electromagnetic Voltage Stabilizing Energy-Saving Controller is available in two types: indoor type, installed at the lower end of the indoor lighting control cabinet; outdoor type, which can be installed according to user requirements. Installation and Debugging Instructions
BWM/TE-30 High-Power Street Light Electromagnetic Voltage Stabilizing Energy-Saving Controller installation requirements: Assemble electronic components on a 150×150 universal circuit board according to the circuit diagram, while the photoresistor is installed on the distribution iron box panel and connected to the circuit board with insulated flexible wires. The thyristor, insulating board, AC contactor, and automatic air switch are all installed in a 600×800×200 distribution iron box. The thyristor must be equipped with a heat sink, sufficient heat dissipation space, and ensure insulation from the box.
Usage Precautions:
1. Ensure the main unit and auxiliary equipment of the power device are intact.
2. The oil tank, iron core, and clamp external grounding wires of the power device must be reliably grounded.
3. All valves should be in the open state.
4. The bushing should be grounded, the general cap at the top of the bushing should be well-sealed, and connections to external leads should be secure and coated with power grease.
5. The oil level in the oil conservator and capacitor should be normal, and the gas collection box of the diaphragm-type oil conservator should be free of gas.
6. The oil level of the on-load tap changer should be slightly lower than that of the power device's oil conservator.
7. Vent all elevated parts to ensure they are completely filled with power device oil, and the gas relay should contain no residual gas.
8. The adsorbent in the breather should be sufficient, without discoloration or moisture, with good oil sealing to ensure normal breathing function.
9. The position of the tap changer should meet the operational requirements of the equipment, and all switches should function flexibly.
10. The thermometer should indicate correctly, and the set values should meet requirements.
